Holidaze Series: Smiling Buddha Meditation



After reading Thich Nhat Hanh's book, Happiness
 given to me by a dear friend,
I began adding this meditation to my life.
After many months of practice I began teaching it in class.
More often than not,
we will all begin laughing before
a formal 5 minute practice is complete!

Here is the first in another series of Holidaze yoga treats
 for you to add to your days through another Holidaze Season.

Step One-
Meet Yourself where you are.

Step Two-
Inhale naturally.
Exhale naturally letting a little grin
 creep up in the corners of your mouth.

Repeat.
Repeat.
Make no Judgment.
Repeat.

Try it for 5 minutes.
 See how you feel after :o)
