This simple body scan meditation can be used for many different things. If you want to feel more energized- imagine energy, life force, prana permeating every cell in the area you are bringing your awareness to. If you want to feel relaxed- imagine relaxation, release, a melting away in each area. If you want to fall asleep- say goodnight to each body part as you bring your awareness to it.
You can do the whole practice or a mini version depending on what you have time for. I didn't want to add any music or direction so you can listen to music that you love, so you can find your own rituals before or after the practice and so you can make it Yours and
then Rock Your Practice!
